This is Percival Arthur ("Percy"). He is a Potcake from Eleuthera, The Bahamas.

 

He started out abandoned with his brothers in the Bahamas and rescued by Potcake Rescue Bahamas & Dominican Republic. Then he was saved by Mr. Bones & Co. and Rescue the Runway and brought to NYC.He has had two hip surgeries (by Fifth Avenue Veterinary and The Animal Medical Center) and one broken leg.

 

Now he lives in Manhattan, has his own bed and balcony, has a ton of dog friends, and spends time at his "weekend estates" in the country.
